How to Kill Two Birds With One Stone

Two issues are alive and well in America today:

1) Immigration

2) Outsourcing

Now I am just wondering why I have not heard a single pundit or politician mention these two issues in the same speech. It seems so blatnetly simple to me, well, maybe that's why the politicians haven't figured it out.

Why are we outsourcing everything to India, on the opposite side of the Earth, when we could just outsource to Mexico, our next-door neighbor? Subsidize a few initial corporations to go down there and start operations, start english-language and computer education (like that in India), and bam! No more illegal immigrants (since the jobs would be in Mexico), and no more higher costs of outsourcing to a country 7800 miles away! (New York to Bombay).

This of course, like any plan, is not without fault, however compared to the current proposals circulating around Washington, I think I just might be on to something. Feedback appreciated.
Thanks.

would you rather "subsidize" education in a neighboring nation, or at home??

on a separate note, im surprised that not many pundits mention the national election that is about to occur in Mexico. how will it change the NAFTA landscape? no one knows..
